Tasting Notes Cool fermentation and considerable time left on the lees produced champagne-like flavours with fruity aromas of apricot, peach & nectarine, backed by natural acidity.

Food Pairings She's got the chops to pair with butter chicken, alfredo pasta or seafood. A hint of sweetness, but mostly dry, she's so fly.
